Smart Calendars AI is an AI-powered calendar assistant that turns voice, photos (OCR), and text (including emails) into structured calendar events, reminders, and contacts. It works with your existing calendars—Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook—so you don't need to switch providers.

How it works

You share something that contains dates, times, places, or contact details (by speaking, pasting text, or sending a screenshot/photo). Smart Calendars AI extracts the important information, lets you review it, and then saves it to your calendar (or contacts) in a clean, structured format.

What it can create

From a single input, Smart Calendars AI can generate:

  • Calendar events with title, date/time, time zone, and location
  • Reminders and to‑dos (with optional due dates, notes, and alerts)
  • Recurring schedules (e.g. weekly classes) with recurrence rules
