Please note that this agreement is between you and Smart Calendars AI only, not with Apple Inc. As the Developer, we are solely responsible for the Smart Calendars AI application ("the App") and all of its features and content.
2. License Terms
When you download our App, you receive a license to use it under specific terms. This license:
- Is non-transferable and limited to personal use
- Allows you to use the App on any Apple devices you own or control
- Must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
- Permits access through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable
3. Smart Calendars AI App
Smart Calendars AI is an innovative calendar management solution that leverages artificial intelligence to help you organize your schedule more effectively. Our App provides intelligent scheduling assistance, making it easier to manage your time and appointments.
4. Web Service Component
Our optional web service enables secure event sharing through generated links and QR codes. Shared event links automatically expire and are deleted after three (3) years from their creation date.
5. Support and Maintenance
We are committed to providing you with excellent support for the App:
- Our team handles all maintenance and technical support
- For assistance, please contact our dedicated support team using the information provided below
- While Apple distributes our App, they do not provide technical support or maintenance services
6. Warranty Information and Claims
Your satisfaction with our App is important to us. Here's what you should know:
- We handle all App-related claims, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection matters
- If the App fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of your purchase price
- Beyond the refund, Apple bears no additional warranty obligations for our App

8. Intellectual Property Protection

9. Legal Requirements
By using our App, you confirm that:
- You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo
- You are not in a country designated as supporting terrorist activities
- You are not listed on any U.S. Government restricted parties list
10. Third Party Agreements
While using our App, you must comply with all applicable third-party agreements, such as your wireless data service agreement or other relevant service terms.
11. Apple as a Third Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are considered third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon accepting these terms, you grant Apple the right to enforce this agreement as a third-party beneficiary.
12. Subscription Details
To provide you with the best experience:
- New users receive a one-month free trial
- After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued access
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
- Subscription management is available through your App Store account settings
- Trial periods are limited to one per user and cannot be combined with other offers
13. Liability Limitations
While we strive to provide the best possible service:
- The App is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law
14. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We will:
- Notify you of significant changes through the App and our website
- Provide you reasonable time to review updates
- Consider your continued use as acceptance of any changes
